Children's Vintage Mythic 3 Puffer

The Vintage Mythic down jacket is the iconic jacket from the Pyrenex brand. With its shiny fabric, matte shoulders, and relaxed fit, it remains a best seller in winter, season after season. This unisex model is suitable for both girls and boys aged 8 to 16. It’s perfect for the cold season thanks to its natural down filling that will keep you warm, as well as its high collar, elasticated hem, and cuffs. With a fill power of 600 cuin, it offers optimal insulation against the cold and wind. Its shiny fabric is also water-resistant and breathable to ensure effective moisture wicking. Available in bright colours like orange or yellow, as well as more subdued tones, this jacket will brighten up your grey winter days.

Windproof

Utilises a technical membrane ("softshell") that isolates against the wind. Ideal when it's chilly or the wind chill makes you feel colder.

Water-resistant

Water-repellent treatment on the outer fabric which causes water droplets to run off, preventing them from saturating the material. A water-resistant fabric is not designed to withstand immersion or prolonged heavy rain.

Breathable

We measure the amount of water (in vapour form) that the fabric allows to pass through over 24 hours. The higher the rating, the more breathable the fabric. A garment is considered breathable from 5,000g/m²/24h.

Size & fit

• Our children's models measure between 1.45m and 1.51m and wear the size 12 years.
• The Vintage Mythic jacket has a straight, slightly oversized cut.

Composition & care

• Washing: 30° in machine.
• Tumble dry on low temperature. Down products: in the dryer with 2 dryer balls, minimum 4 hours on low temperature. Once dry, gently shake the down to separate the clumps.
• Iron at a maximum temperature of 110 °C.
• Do not bleach.
• No dry cleaning.

FABRIC:

• Shiny taffeta, 100% polyamide.

FILLING:

• Aquitaine duck down (80% down / 20% feather).
• Fill power (FP) 600 cui/lb IDFB standards.
