Use your stroller as a first stroller with our ergonomic carrycot.
With our carrycots as accessories, you can transform your Samba 2, Salsa 5 Run or your Zoom 2 double stroller into a first-age stroller and use it from birth for your baby. The principle is very simple. You take off the seat unit and place the carrycot on the chassis of your stroller.
The carrycot accompanies you during the first months of your child's life. Thanks to its larger-than-average sleeping surface, your baby always has enough space and comfort until the end of the carrycot period and the transition to the sports seat, even as their little legs grow longer and your baby becomes more agile in the carrycot.
Your baby will feel comfortable and safe from day one and will find sleep peacefully in their stroller, as our carrycots are perfectly suited to the needs of the very young. You can thus meet your baby's sleep needs and provide the necessary comfort for healthy sleep, even when on the go. For healthy sleeping comfort and an optimal sleeping climate, all our carrycots are equipped with our premium CozyCloud® stroller mattress. The breathable cold foam with point elasticity, ideally suited firmness degree and integrated air channels ensures optimal support and ventilation, while its ergonomic design, with a corner-shaped headrest and an externally adjustable headrest, guarantees a healthy sleeping position. The height adjustment, and thus the ability to elevate the head, is particularly useful for newborns with reflux symptoms.
The CozyCloud® mattress cover regulates moisture, is breathable and particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Additionally, it features an extra-soft raised protective edge to prevent your little one’s sensitive scalp from coming into contact with the lower ventilation window of the carrycot. Two ventilation windows are integrated in total. They can be used individually and ensure optimal air circulation in the carrycot. Moreover, they allow you to keep an eye on your baby and let them discover the world during your travels. Thanks to the fine mesh, your baby is protected from mosquitoes and even the tiniest insects when the ventilation windows are open.
Your baby is also protected by the removable windproof cover, the large UPF 50+ sunshade of the carrycot, and the water-repellent fabrics. The carrycot canopy is easily adjustable, either by extending it forward according to sunlight or by fully opening it if necessary. The new memory function of the canopy support makes adjustment easy and comfortable. It only takes a single click to release the support one by one. Using the same memory principle, you also unlock the carrycot support one after the other, keeping one hand free to hold the carry handle. This allows you to remove the carrycot from the chassis of your stroller even more easily and safely.
The carrycot folding mechanism, accessible from the outside, also offers particular comfort to parents. Thanks to two practical sliders located under the carrycot, you can quickly and easily fold it flat and store it in the car boot to save space. This way, you can head off straight in the car with your baby for your next outing.
To keep bottles, teats, bibs, and other essentials in order, a practical organiser with an extra pocket for utensils is included. It easily clips onto the foot of the carrycot and keeps the most important items, like your wallet or house keys, safe from unwanted access. Of course, you can also hang this practical and stylish accessory on the handlebar of the stroller using the ABC Design support. This way, you always have the bib, teething ring or baby toys within easy reach.
