Mizuno Children's Trainers MXR

The MXR reflects our desire to spread the retro running experience of the 2000s from Mizuno as an extension of the globally recognised Wave Rider 10. The name MXR comes from the Maximizer line, a range of running shoes offered for years on our domestic market to provide Mizuno quality to a wide audience. The MXR is an entry-level silhouette, but it stays true to the essence of Mizuno with a high level of quality and technicality. Special attention has been given to the new tooling, featuring a high level of detail and multiple rubber parts that allow for technical colour blocks. This version continues our premium vibe with a synthetic suede overlay and normcore tones. The mesh is a bit closer to maintain a casual, mid-season feel. The design of this model has its origins in the Maximizer released in 2009, which was dug up from the vast archives of Mizuno amidst the rise of retro running shoes in the 2000s. We call it MXR "CASUAL" due to the use of a combination of synthetic suede and two types of mesh.
