A set of exercises (26) designed to make fitness and gymnastics, often demanding and arduous activities, much more fun and enjoyable. Students will love playing them, and come back for more.
The exercises cover four of the main elements of fitness: strength, flexibility, endurance cardiovascular and endurance muscular. It also includes 10 muscle-building exercises andautres activity ideas.
Numbers in 3 different colors enable you to adjust the number of repetitions to your students' fitness level. Colorful characters highlight the muscles involved in each exercise.
An instruction manual identifies all these muscles to help you recognize and teach them.
