Description
This kit is ideal as an introduction to Cardiogoal, especially for young children (aged 3 and over) and people with disabilities (e.g. wheelchair users), thanks to the 65cm-high baskets Pop-up.
The activity guide contains ideas for exercises to work on motor skills, precision, positioning in relation to the goal, color and number recognition, and also includes a simplified version of the Cardiogoal game rules.
The kit comprises : 2 sets of 3 baskets Pop-up Cardiogoal, 2 sets of 3 foam spiral balls of different colors, 3 cards (1 red, 1 blue and 1 yellow) and 1 activity guide.
Cardiogoal is a team sport played by hand between two mixed teams of six players. The game consists of passing a spiral-shaped ball through one of three vertically-placed coloured rings (yellow-blue-red) or baskets Pop-up. Each color of ring and basket corresponds to a number of points. The team with the most points wins the match.
Cardiogoal is based on a study of cardiovascular effort and accidentology. It is also inspired by sports such as ultimate, basketballball, handball and American soccer. Based on attack/defense, it offers a game rapide, effective for cardio,endurance, speed, stamina, skill and technique. It also develops team spiritesprit and fair playplay as contact is forbidden. Accessible to all, men, women and children, it can be played from the age of 3. The handisport game is played by two mixed teams of three players.
Cardiogoal can be played on a variety of surfaces: indoor, grass, sand or synthetic.
